Complaints and appeals process
As of 27 October 2025, the OTC are no longer assessing qualifications for registration purposes. As a result, the Stage 1 – Appeals policy will not be relevant for any applications received after 13 October 2025.
The Stage 2 – Appeals policy will be in use until all practitioners currently undertaking Stage 2 have completed.
