Anti-racism

The OTC endorses diversity, supports equal rights, and does not advocate, support or practice discrimination based on race, religion, age, national origin, language, sex, sexual orientation, parental status, or mental or physical capacity.

The Anti-racism policy has been developed to demonstrate the OTC’s commitment to addressing any incidents of racism and promoting equity and inclusivity.
